Michael received his undergraduate degree in Biology/Pre-Medicine from Elizabethtown College, his Masters Degree in Public Administration from The Pennsylvania State University and his law degree from The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University, where he was the recipient of The Jack M. Mumford Memorial Health Law Scholarship. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2000 and is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the National Association of College and University Attorneys and the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations.
Michael's practice has primarily been concentrated in business and health care transactional/regulatory matters, however he has represented clients in connection with various legal proceedings.
