Christine Polk Mohr joined the business transaction and commercial litigation group of Davis McGrath LLC in June 2006, and has worked on a wide array of legal matters for corporate and individual clients.
Christine's focus is on commercial litigation and advising companies, entrepreneurs and individuals on business formation, general transactional matters, as well as sales and related agreements.
Prior to entering private practice, Christine served as a law clerk to the Honorable Justice Rodolfo Garcia in the Illinois Appellate Court, First District, researching and drafting published opinions and unpublished orders in matters of contract, zoning, family law, criminal law, negligence, civil and criminal procedure, and statutory construction. Before working for Justice Garcia, Christine was a staff attorney with the Illinois Appellate Court, Fourth District.
