Tom Fisher is a business attorney. Tom also has served as general counsel to a local public housing authority in Kentucky. In this capacity he has assisted his client in all aspects of its operations under state and federal law, including the administration of a federal HOPE VI grant used for developing new housing opportunities by integrating housing into the community and redeveloping existing urban housing stock. He has negotiated and closed numerous HOPE VI/mixed public and private financing transactions, negotiated the acquisition and sale of real estate, and assisted in the creation of affiliated entities used by his client to develop affordable housing opportunities.
