As a former St. Lawrence County Assistant District Attorney, Matt obtained a vast array of litigation experience while handling jury trials, non-jury trials, hearings and plea negotiations. 

Matt has the knowledge and capabilities to handle all levels of Felony matters, misdemeanors, violations, DWI charges, and other Vehicle and Traffic matters, from the arraignment to plea negotiations and trial, if necessary.

Along with criminal defense matters, Matt has a vast array of Matrimonial and Family Court matters.  These issues include divorce, custody visitation, support, adoption relocation, domestic violence matters as well as any other events affecting families.  While settlements are often beneficial, if going to trial is the only option, Matt has the experience to handle whatever the needs of the client may be.
