Mooney, David O

Nolan Mitchell is a senior associate in the firm's Litigation/Controversy and Securities Departments, and a member of the Business Trial and Securities Litigation and Enforcement Practice Groups. He joined the firm in 2007.

Practice

In 2010, Mr. Mitchell returned to WilmerHale after completing a clerkship with the Honorable Juan R. Torruella of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mitchell clerked for the Honorable Patti B. Saris of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Before law school, Mr. Mitchell taught Latin and Spanish in Massachusetts high schools and English as a foreign language in Rome, Italy.
