Aaron’s primary concentration is in the areas of Construction and Surety Law and Litigation. Aaron has drafted language for inclusion in Surety Bonds, successfully litigated and defended claims on behalf of Sureties, Contractors, and Owners, and managed multimillion dollar construction projects to ensure completion for Surety clients. Aaron has also assisted developers in negotiating and completing multimillion dollar construction projects, both public and private.
Aaron also devotes a significant amount of time to the following areas of law; commercial litigation, Contract Drafting and Negotiation, Employment Law, Bankruptcy Law, Securities Law (particularly Broker-Dealer), Legal and Professional Malpractice, and Real Estate.
