Monaghan Ficaro, Eileen

Aaron focuses his practice in the areas of business law, civil litigation, corporate law, construction law, commercial real estate, and franchise law. He represents clients in cases ranging from breach of contract, unfair competition, non-competition claims, shareholder disputes, and fraud. 

Prior to joining Sennett Fisher LLC, Aaron worked in-house at one of the region's largest construction management companies. He reviewed, drafted, and negotiated hundreds of commercial contracts and agreements and assisted with company litigation and disputes. Aaron is following his dream of working with businesses and their owners to help with their legal problems and needs. He joined forces with Jim Sennett and Norm Fisher at Sennett Fisher LLC in September 2011.

A graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Aaron completed a concentration in litigation, with honors, and was an intern at Case's Civil Litigation & Mediation Clinic. During his time at the law clinic, Aaron was part of a team of legal interns who obtained a “landmark” $1.12 million dollar jury verdict in a home-repair fraud case in Cuyahoga County.  Prior to earning his law degree, Aaron attended Miami University's Farmer School of Business, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Minor in Entrepreneurship. While at Miami, Aaron studied abroad in the country of Luxembourg and was a ski club and entrepreneurial connections club member.

Aaron is licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio. He is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and Ohio State Bar Association
