Mr. Miller is a partner in the firm's Intellectual Property Practice Group and a member of the firm's Management Committee. His practice focuses on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights of all types including for manufacturers, financial services companies and SaaS companies. Mr. Miller also provides counseling regarding intellectual property portfolio management and innovation strategies. He also provides counseling regarding infringement and validity issues. This includes the rendering of opinions of counsel on infringement and validity, as well as assistance with designing products to maximize intellectual property value and avoid infringement of the intellectual property rights of others.
