Bob Miller has more than 30 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property strategy, technology licensing, contracts, and international trade counseling. During a lengthy tenure as corporate general counsel for one of the top 25 Fortune 500 companies, he developed strong legal teams, domestically and internationally. Bob has lived and worked in Asia.
Representative clients include Cardinal Health, Christ Hospital, General Cable, Kendle International, Kroger Co., Procter & Gamble, and Reckitt Benckiser. Bob's recent experience includes leading an international consumer health care company's efforts to acquire a U.S. drug manufacturer and counseling U.S. companies starting and operating in China and Japan.
Bob has negotiated major supply and technology agreements in the chemicals, pulp and paper, and consumer goods industries globally. He has substantial experience in outsourcing contracts. He also has a great deal of experience dealing with legal and public relations challenges across the consumer goods and retail industries and handling advertising and marketing disputes in the U.S. and globally. He successfully managed major antitrust matters in the U.S. and globally.
Bob serves as an adjunct professor at The Ohio State Moritz School of Law, teaching courses on doing business in China. He also serves as a director of the New England Legal Foundation and is on the advisory board of the Center for American and International Law. Bob served as a contributor to the President's Advisory Committee on Federal Procurement. He is a member of the American, Cincinnati, District of Columbia, and Inter-Pacific bar associations.
