Mody, Sanjay

I was born and raised in Charleston, SC. I attended Clemson University and ultimately received my Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the College of Charleston in December, 2004. I went on to attend the Charleston School of Law, receiving my Juris Doctor in May of 2008.

I was admitted to practice in South Carolina in 2008. After working for Weeks & Irvine initially, I opened my own trial practice in 2009 and worked almost exclusively in Family Court before joining Weeks & Irvine again in January 2011. I manage the Goose Creek office for the firm.

I am a member of the South Carolina Bar Association as well as the Charleston County Bar Association. I am admitted to practice in the State and Federal District Courts of South Carolina.

I currently live on Johns Island with my wife and our two children, dog, cat and two horses.
