Mr. Miller graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2003 with a degree in English Literature and a minor in Psychology. Mr. Miller received his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad Law School in 2008, and has been working for K/S since 2006.
Mr. Miller served as the Director of the Inter American Center for Human Rights where he oversaw a staff of committed law students participating in projects for the South Florida community involving international human rights and domestic civil rights. Mr. Miller also assisted asylum attorneys by providing reports on human rights conditions in various countries used to persuade judges to grant asylum for victims of persecution.
Mr. Miller is also the Co-Founder of the Civil Justice Center of South Florida, Inc., a not for profit that files lawsuits for the advancement of human and civil rights. Mr. Miller also remains a committed member of the National Lawyers Guild.
Mr. Miller primary focus at the firm for the last several years has been civil litigation, to include, commercial collection, business litigation, personal injury, and First Amendment cases. Mr. Miller works closely with clients on a personal level to help them achieve their desired objectives.
In his free time Mr. Miller enjoys playing guitar, reading literature, watching independent and foreign cinema, and power-lifting.
