Mr. Miller has practiced exclusively in the Hampton Roads area his entire career. While he has vast experience in both civil and criminal litigation, his primary focus is representing injured persons, especially matters involving significant injury, loss of limb and death as well as complicated insurance liability and coverage issues. He focuses on automobile and tractor trailer collisions as well as products and premise liability. Mr. Miller is licensed to practice in Federal and Virginia State Courts and has argued personal injury issues before the Supreme Court of Virginia.

Prior to practicing personal injury law, Mr. Miller was a claims adjuster for a national liability insurance company where he handled hundreds of cases and gained invaluable knowledge of claims from the carrier's position. He has been able to implement this knowledge to gain favorable settlements and verdicts for his personal injury clients. This experience has enabled him to find applicable coverage and recover the rewards his clients are entitled to due to their pain, loss and inconvenience.

Mr. Miller lives in Hampton Roads with his family and is involved in various community and professional organizations and proudly serves on the Chesapeake Regional Foundation Board. Due to his dedication to personal injury representation, Mr. Miller will gladly discuss matters with clients at their convenience and will travel to them to determine how he may be of assistance throughout the difficult process of recovery.
