Angela Miller concentrates her practice exclusively on employee benefits and executive compensation.

Ms. Miller has experience in a broad range of benefits and compensation matters, including the design, implementation, administration and compliance aspects of qualified retirement plans, welfare plans and non-qualified deferred compensation plans.

Ms. Miller has extensive experience advising and assisting clients with welfare benefit plans, including wrap plan documents, COBRA, HIPAA, healthcare reform and cafeteria plans. She regularly advises clients with regard to document requirements, ERISA reporting obligations and ERISA claims and appeal procedures.

Ms. Miller also advises clients on benefits and compensation aspects of corporate transactions, including due diligence, negotiation and post-closing integration.
