Andrew Migdon practices real estate law, with an emphasis on the representation of landlords and tenants in the leasing of office space in Manhattan, as well as real estate and other financing transactions.  

Andrew recently represented the Rudin family in the negotiation of new leases with the National Football League and Piper Jaffray & Co. at 345 Park Avenue, the negotiation of Seward & Kissel’s renewal lease at One Battery Park Plaza, and the negotiation of a new lease for AllSaints Spitalfields’s Boston store at 126 Newbury Street.

Andrew has represented both lenders and borrowers in a wide variety of financing transactions.  He has recently represented the Rudin family in the refinancing of its office towers at 345 Park Avenue, 32 Avenue of the Americas, 41 Madison Avenue, 1675 Broadway, and 80 Pine Street as well as its residential tower at 215 East 68th Street.  He has also represented borrowers in large-scale construction financings, including Forest City Ratner Companies’ construction financing for its Ridge Hill project in Yonkers, New York.  Andrew also has broad experience representing borrowers in private banking transactions.

Andrew is a member and director of The Rudin Foundation, and also serves as counsel to The Louis and Rachel Rudin Foundation and The May and Samuel Rudin Family Foundation.

Prior to joining Goldfarb & Fleece LLP, Andrew was an associate in the Banking & Credit and Structured Finance groups at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
