He is the author of "State Regulation of HMO Physician Financial Incentives: Finding the Proper Balance Between Motivating Financial Prudence and Protecting Quality of Care," 36 Rutgers L.J. 651 (2005).
Mr. Miles previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Noel L. Hillman, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey, and the Honorable Ann Marie Donio, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey.
Mr. Miles was admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 2005. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is a member of the American, New Jersey, and Camden County Bar Associations.
