Peter Mikhail is a shareholder at Kennedy & Graven, Chartered. He practices in the areas of General Litigation, Construction Litigation, and Real Estate Litigation.

Peter has been in practice for over fifteen years and has tried cases and argued appeals in state and federal courts, for both public and private sector clients. He has broad municipal and commercial litigation experience, with a particular emphasis in construction and real estate matters. Minnesota Law & Politics has named Peter a Super Lawyer in 2004 and 2006. In addition, he teaches advocacy skills as an adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law.
