Miller, Glenn D

Mr. Messier is a graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law, and is admitted to the Virginia State Bar and the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Virginia. He is an adjunct Faculty Member at Christopher Newport University where he teaches Administrative Law courses and serves on the legal studies advisory board.
