Mr. Miles is a native Floridian and grew up in the Tampa Bay Area where he has lived all of his life. He graduated from the historic H.B. Plant High School in South Tampa where he participated in student government and varsity athletics. He graduated from Plan with honors under the Florida Academic Scholar Program and subsequently attended Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. While attending Florida State Mr. Miles was a member of the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity and held various positions including treasurer, house manager and chaplain. Following graduation from Florida State he attended Stetson University College of Law. Mr. Miles graduated cum laude (with honors) in December 2002. He then took the first scheduled Florida Bar Exam and was admitted to practice April 19, 2003. Since admission to the Florida Bar Mr. Miles has primarily practiced in the areas of personal injury, No-Fault (PIP) coverage, motorcycle accidents and slip and fall claims. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and has practiced before the Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.
