Milbauer, Seth

Kenneth Merber is a senior associate in the Regulatory and Government Affairs Department, and a member of the Antitrust and Competition Practice Group. He originally joined the firm in 2007. In 2008, Mr. Merber worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Arthur J. Gajarsa, US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and he returned to the firm in 2009.
