Michalski, Jodie M.

Michael Menghini is an attorney in the firm's Business Practice Group.  His practice includes a concentration on business and commercial litigation, contracts, business transactions, real estate, employment, estate planning and municipal law.

As part of his practice, Michael represents various corporate clients in all aspects of their businesses, including formation, operations, human resources, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, transition planning and strategies, as well as wind up and dissolution.

Michael handles transactional matters, which include negotiating and drafting business contracts, security agreements, stock agreements, leases, employment agreements, restrictive covenants, non-compete agreements, bank loan documentation, asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, real estate easements, covenants, articles and bylaws. 

Michael received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Franciscan University and then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School.  Prior to joining Herrling Clark, Michael had the opportunity to serve as a law clerk to the Honorable Kitty K. Brennan of the Wisconsin Court of Appeals.

In 2012, Michael was selected for inclusion into the Wisconsin Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star" which represents 2.5% of the top up-and-coming attorneys in Wisconsin who are under the age of forty (40) or practicing law ten (10) years or less.
