Robert Mehlhaff, Esq. , a native of Stockton, California, graduated from Lincoln High School in Stockton before earning his bachelor of arts degree in political science at the University of California at Berkeley in 1969. Mr. Mehlhaff earned his law degree from San Francisco Law School, while working full time as a right of way agent for the California Department of Transportation (CALTRANS) and subsequently for the Bay Area Rapid Transit Agency (BART), which kindled his interest in real estate and eminent domain law. Mr. Mehlhaff graduated from law school and passed the California bar examination in 1975, and has been practicing law since 1976. He has served the community as a former school board member, member of the board of elders of his church, and as its president. Mr. Mehlhaff currently resides in Stockton, California.
