Laura Mendelson concentrates her practice on commercial lending and banking transactions. Her representative clients include large banks and financial institutions as lenders, and public and nonpublic companies as borrowers, in a variety of commercial lending transactions. She has extensive experience in syndicated credit facilities, second lien financing, and acquisition financings. She is also experienced in handling health care financings and in interest rate swap transactions and letter of credit transactions.

Laura's recent representations include: an agent in a $2.5 billion syndicated financing, a public company in connection with finance matters concerning two separate privately placed senior unsecured note issuances and a syndicated unsecured bank credit facility, lead agents in syndicated loan transactions, borrowers in credit facilities, restructurings, structured financings, cash flow and asset-based financings, and acquisition financings.
