Brandon McDonald Practices Primarily in the  areas of commercial, real estate, and  business law. Mr. McDonald has handled the matters from the Pre-ligitation stage up through Trial and appeal before the Nevada Supreme Court. He has also successfully represented Small business Owners and Large Companies in a wide range of Matters from Contract Disputes to multi-Million dollar complex litigation Cases.Mr.McDonald has also assisted Clients with their estate Planning needs in drafting Wills and trusts to Protect their Estate.

Mr. McDonald graduated with honors from University of Utah in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in French and a minor in sociology. He then went on to obtain a Juris doctorate in 2008  from the William S.Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. While in law school, Mr. McDonald distinguished himself by obtaining an Externship with Federal Judge KentJ.Dawson.

In his free time Mr. McDonald enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and contributes to Community by Volunteering as a Leader for the boy Scouts of America.

Mr. McDonald is licensed to Practice in all Federal and state Courts in Nevada, and is fluent in French.
