Claudia Medina, a native of Miami, Florida, graduated from the University of Miami in 2009, and from Emory University School of Law in 2012. While in college, Claudia was initiated into Iron Arrow, the highest honor attainable at the University of Miami. While in law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Society, a member of the International Humanitarian Law Clinic, and served as President of the Latin American Law Student Association. Prior to joining as an associate, Claudia served as a law clerk for the firm. She also previously interned for Turner Broadcasting System's In-House Counsel in Atlanta and the Miami Dade County Legal Aid Society. Ms. Medina is a member of the Cuban American Bar Association and a native Spanish speaker. She concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.
