Brad Poore was born in England, but completed his higher education in the United States. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in international relations at UC Davis and his Juris Doctorate (Law) at the same university. Brad Poore qualified for the 2008 USA Olympic marathon trials and manages several world-class Kenyan runners.
