HUGH B. McNATT was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1972. He has specialized over that time period primarily representing defendants in personal injury lawsuits. He has tried over 350 jury trials across the state of Georgia and in several surrounding states. He has concentrated through the years on trucking litigation, products litigation and electrical utility litigation involving personal injury, environmental work and other aspects of the electrical utility industry. He has been active for a number of years in defending aircraft litigation. Hugh has had a number of years experience in defending workers' compensation claims for insurers and self-insurers.
Hugh received the 2003 Tradition of Excellence Award of the General Practice & Trial Section, State Bar of Georgia, for his work as a defense lawyer. Also, he is a contributor and lecturer for the Georgia Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
