I joined Hayes Lorenzen in 2010 as an Associate after graduating from the University of Iowa College of Law. Originally from Mason City, Iowa, I come from a long line of attorneys with ties to the University of Iowa College of Law and the practice of law in Iowa, which include my grandfather, C.W. McManigal, father, Mark McManigal and stepfather, Don Esser. I graduated from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business with a BBA in marketing and certificate in entrepreneurship from the Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center in 2007.
I am responsible for all facets of representing the clients of the firm. My practice areas include medical malpractice and personal injury. My interests outside of work include coaching youth athletics, basketball and my dog, Winnie.
