Tracey M. McLean received her Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law in 1990, and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1987. In addition to her focus on Workers' Compensation Law, she handles matters relating to the general practice of law including Criminal Defense, Child Custody and Support, Vehicle and Traffic, DWI, Contracts, Wills and Estates, and Real Estate Transactions. Ms. McLean is admitted to practice in the State of New York, and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, as well as the United States Supreme Court.
Ms. McLean is a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association. She was an instructor for the National Academy of Paralegal Studies, where she taught Administrative Law. She is currently a member of the Onondaga County Bar Association pro bono panel, where she provides legal advice and assistance to victims of domestic violence. She is also a member of the Syracuse City Court Arbitration Panel, and the New York State Law Guardian Panel.
