Chris McLaughlin's practice has involved all phases of complex litigation in state and federal courts, including discovery, motions practice, trial, and appeal. Substantive areas of experience include contract disputes, business torts, unfair competition and trade secrets, covenants not to compete, civil RICO, and product liability litigation involving pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
Chris is actively involved in legal and community affairs. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and the Judge John M. Manos Inn of Court. Chris also served as an adjunct professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he taught the international war crimes research lab from 2005 to 2007. He currently sits on the board of directors of the adult literacy organization Project: LEARN.
