Anne McLaughlin is a senior associate in the firm's Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2006.
Practice
Ms. McLaughlin has a general litigation practice, with an emphasis on intellectual property disputes. She has represented clients in a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, automated voice messaging and digital cameras.
While in law school, Ms. McLaughlin interned with the Honorable Stephen M. Limon of the Massachusetts Juvenile Court, Suffolk County Division. There, she conducted juvenile law research, wrote draft decisions regarding termination of parental rights for care and protection cases, and participated in the daily operations of the court.
Prior to her legal studies, Ms. McLaughlin was a financial analyst with Raytheon Company in Marlborough, Massachusetts.

Ms. McLaughlin is a member of the Boston Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts
Community Involvement
Ms. McLaughlin participates in Citizen Schools-Discovering Justice Legal Apprenticeship Program, which teaches trial advocacy skills to inner city students.
