Meer, Jolie E.

Ms. McMonigle joined Ansa Assuncao in September 2011 after completing her one-year judicial clerkship with the Honorable Randy J. Holland of the Delaware Supreme Court. Ms. McMonigle's diverse civil practice is nationwide in scope and includes the defense of personal injury claims as well as product liability and commercial disputes. Her representative clients include transportation, manufacturing, elevator and escalator companies for whom she defends wrongful death, catastrophic personal injury, and property damage claims.

Prior to her clerkship, Ms. McMonigle earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law, where she was the recipient of a Dean's Merit Scholarship. During law school, Ms. McMonigle served as the Environmental Hearing Board Editor for The Villanova Environmental Law Journal and interned with the Honorable Richard B. Klein of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. At graduation, Ms. McMonigle was honored with the Leonard Levin Memorial Award for academic excellence.

Before entering law school, Ms. McMonigle earned her Bachelors of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Loyola College in Maryland. Ms. McMonigle is admitted to practice in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
