McLin, Virginia J.

Ms. McGinnis' experience includes handling anti-union organizational campaigns for several clients, numerous contract negotiations, arbitrations and unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board.  She also handles numerous claims and discrimination charges at the administrative level before the U.S. Department of Labor, State Divisions of Employment Security, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, state commissions and agencies, as well as lawsuits. 

She presents seminars and workshops to clients' management teams regarding union avoidance and labor board procedures.  She also presents seminars and workshops to clients' management teams and hourly employees related to discrimination issues, including anti-harassment and sensitivity and civility training.  She presents CLE seminars on employment issues, including employee handbooks, hiring and firing of employees and wage and hour compliance.  She counsels employers on day to day human relations matters and serves as personnel partner to the Firm.
