Dawn McFadden has represented clients in complex civil business litigation matters in state and federal courts in the United States involving the defense of companies in product liability, employment, and consumer credit litigation.

Dawn is a member of the Ohio State, Cleveland Metropolitan, and American Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Case Western Reserve University Law Alumni Association Board.
