Christopher T. McKay is a Miami native and joined Stolzenberg, Gelles & Flynn, LLP, in 2002. His practice is devoted primarily to civil litigation, arbitration, trials and appeals. He has successfully represented institutional and individual clients in commercial disputes involving contract claims, business torts, partnership agreements, insurance coverage, franchise and distributorship agreements, construction defects, and non-competition agreements. His practice also includes representation of aggrieved individuals in probate, estate and trust disputes as well as personal injury litigation involving medical malpractice, premises liability, and products liability claims. Mr. McKay is a member of The Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
