Ms. Ziss devotes her practice to litigation at the trial and appellate levels with an emphasis on written advocacy. She has special expertise in insurance coverage litigation, including litigation of environmental and other complex claims, intellectual property law, and antitrust law. She also is experienced in areas such as administrative law, contracts, and commercial litigation, tort law, including fraud and product liability, and landlord-tenant law. She has briefed and argued cases in federal courts of appeals throughout the country.
