Joseph W. McDermott has been a senior associate with Frisoli Associates, P.C. since 1981. Mr. McDermott graduated with an undergraduate degree in Journalism from Suffolk University in 1977 and went on to earn his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 1981. Over the course of his career Mr. McDermott has represented numerous lenders in various types of commercial litigation, foreclosures, bankruptcies, collection, family law and divorce, language and repossession matters. He has also conducted thousands of residential and commercial real estate transactions representing both buyers and sellers. He has represented home and business owners in condominium conversions and in matters before local Zoning Boards of Appeals.
