Caitlin McCusker is an associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department. She joined the firm in 2010.

Past Experience

During law school, Ms. McCusker held an internship with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, working on and observing cases before the US District Court and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. While pursuing her bachelor’s degree, she held a summer internship with a Philadelphia law firm, organizing discovery materials and trial exhibits for product liability and commercial litigation cases.
