Meghan Zenko's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, distressed transactions, restructurings, debt and equity financings, and general corporate counseling and governance. She represents public and private companies in a variety of industries, including automotive, manufacturing, publishing, retail, restaurant, and telecommunications. Meghan also advises private equity firms in their portfolio company investments.

Clients with which Meghan has worked on substantial matters include Abbott Laboratories, Baird Capital Partners, Bayer Corporation, Brush Engineered Materials, Goode Partners, Mutual Capital Partners, NationsRent (n/k/a Sunbelt Rentals), PolyOne Corporation, The Riverside Company, and Sprint Nextel Corporation.
