McCullough, Ralph C.

Mr. Zampi is the founder of the Law Firm of Zampi and Associates in 1983 with a focus on public and private sector employment law and civil litigation.  The firm then evolved into the Law Firm of Zampi, Determan & Erickson LLP. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he graduated with honors. He also holds Masters and Bachelor degrees in Science from Syracuse University and the State University of New York. Early in his career, Mr. Zampi taught Science and served as a district office administrator in Syracuse, New York. He has worked within the area of education law and employment relations since approximately 1972. Prior to his founding the Law Firm of Zampi and Associates, he served as the chief negotiator for both the Chula Vista City School District, in Chula Vista, California and the North Syracuse School District, in Syracuse New York.

Mr. Zampi has served as a legal advisor and labor relations consultant to numerous California school and community college districts. He also has extensive experience as a consultant to numerous school districts throughout the United States. He has been a guest lecturer at San Diego State University, Northern Arizona University, Syracuse University, La Verne University and at numerous conferences and seminars pertaining to education law and labor relations issues. Mr. Zampi is an annual presenter at the National Association for Educational Negotiators conference and the School Employers Association conference.

Mr. Zampi has extensive experience in public sector employment law and labor relations including negotiations, mediation, fact-finding, and employee strikes. In addition to scores of arbitration cases, Mr. Zampi has litigated cases before California Municipal and Superior Courts, Federal District Courts, the California Courts of Appeal and the U.S. Courts of Appeal.
