McCrary, Timothy J.

Samuel M. Zaif is of counsel to the firm. He has over 25 years of trial and appellate experience in state and federal court. His practice focuses on product liability, business and commercial litigation, premises liability and general insurance defense.

Sam graduated from UCLA and holds master's degrees in History and Economics. He received his J.D. from UC Davis School of Law where he was a member of the Law Review and an NCAA Moot Court Finalist. In addition to practicing in Northern and Southern California, Sam is admitted to practice in all federal district courts in California and before the Ninth Circuit.
