Mr. McCartha has practiced in the State of Alabama since 1997 representing an estimated 8,000 plus clients locally, nationally, and internationally in the areas of: Business Formation, Representation, and Contract Negotiations; Church and Non Profit Corporate Law and Formation; Wills, Probate & Estate Planning, and Criminal, Civil, Business, and Non-Profit Defense and Litigation.
Mr. McCartha has had success representing clients before the Alabama Supreme Court, the Alabama Civil Court of Appeals, various Circuit, District, Probate, and Municipal Courts throughout the State, the United States Federal District Court, and in Administrative Hearings, and therefore, has developed the knowledge and experience to effectively counsel his clients through a uniquely wide scope of difficult legal issues.
Mr. McCartha received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Alabama and then received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. Mr. McCartha has been selected as a life member on the National Registry of Who's Who, and more importantly he and his wife, Jennifer, and their two boys, Justice and Jenson, serve various Christian ministries both locally and internationally.
