Mr. Zaloudek joined the firm in 2009 after five years of running his own law practice in New York City. He was brought to the firm to try cases on behalf of the firm's clients. Mr. Zaloudek has tried numerous cases throughout New York's five boroughs as well as in the state of Georgia and has received numerous favorable verdicts and settlements on behalf of his clients. Additionally, Mr. Zaloudek has successfully argued and won appeals in the appellate courts in New York.
Prior to starting his own practice, Mr. Zaloudek worked for law firms in New York and Georgia focused on the defense of personal injury cases. As a result, he brings a unique perspective to the firm based on his knowledge of the strategies employed by defense firms which assists him in litigating cases against such firms. Mr. Zaloudek has received accolades from his clients for attention to their cases and willingness to provide each client with the individual attention they deserve.
Mr. Zaloudek is admitted to the state bar in New York, Georgia and the District of Columbia. He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Eastern District. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyer's Association and currently serves on the Attorney Professionalism committee of the New York State Bar Association. He also received his certification in mediation and has participated in numerous mediations in both New York and Georgia.
Mr. Zaloudek is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law where he received his J.D. degree. He also has a B.S. degree from Kennesaw State University where he graduated magna cum laude.
