Dean Baker received both his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, and his J.D. degree from Duke University, and has concentrated his practice in the creditors'/debtors' rights area since 1983. He represents clients of the firm who need to understand and respond to creditor/debtor issues from litigation and transactional standpoint and who need assistance in dealing with the complex maze of laws attendant to commercial proceedings. His practice emphasizes both commercial finance (including secured and unsecured financing of individuals and corporate entities) and commercial litigation.
