Mr. McArdle is a trial lawyer representing individuals and businesses in lawsuits. His practice is focused in civil litigation including breach of contract, debt collection, business disputes, insurance claims, construction cases, mortgage foreclosure, property disputes, will contests and estate litigation. He also represents clients who have been injured in automobile accidents or by defective products. He is a member of the Westmoreland Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, The Pennsylvania Bar Association (Civil Litigation Section), the Westmoreland Bar Association, and the Saint Thomas More Society of the Diocese of Greensburg, and the Board of Directors of the Greensburg Hempfield Area Library. He is a past president of the Westmoreland Academy of Trial Lawyers. He is admitted to practice before all of the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the 3rd Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Mr. McArdle received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1980. His undergraduate degree is in accounting from Clarion University.
