McCleary, Michael J.

James A. Young is the senior managing Attorney and principal owner and founder of James A. Young & Associates, Ltd. James presently concentrates his practice in the areas of business and consumer bankruptcy, criminal defense and personal injury claims. In 1993, James earned a Juris Doctor from Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. From 1993 to 1997, James served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois. In 1995, James opened the Law Offices of James A. Young & Associates, Ltd., and has remained in private practice for the last sixteen years.

Bar Admissions: James was admitted to the Bar for the State of Illinois in 1993 and is also licensed to practice before the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and before the United States Supreme Court.

Memberships: James is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, the American Trial Bar, the American Bankruptcy Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, and the Kane County Bar Association.
