TAMMY MARZIGLIANO is a partner at Outten & Golden, LLP. She is the co-chair of the firm's Sexual Harassment practice group. She is also a member of the LGBT employment rights practice group. In addition, she represents employees in all areas of employment law, including sex, race, age, sexual orientation and disability discrimination claims as well as wage and hour class actions.
She is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) and its New York affiliate, the Employment and Labor Relations Law Committee of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the Employment and Labor Relations Committee of the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association (ABA), the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and the New York County Lawyers' Association.
Ms. Marzigliano received her B.A. from Hofstra University and her J.D. magna cum laude from Quinnipiac University Law School, where she served as the Public Relations Editor of the Quinnipiac Health Law Journal. Ms. Marzigliano joined Outten & Golden LLP after practicing employment law with Gary Phelan in West Hartford, Connecticut. Ms. Marzigliano practices at the firm's office in New York City.
Ms. Marzigliano is admitted to the state and federal bars of New York and Connecticut.
