Ms. Wright is an Energy and Pipeline attorney whose practice includes a wide variety of litigation and regulatory compliance matters. She advises clients on complex federal and state regulations and statutes including the Pipeline Safety Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act, Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), PCB Mega Rule, and LP Gas Code.
Her experience includes representing clients in enforcement and permitting matters including those under the authority of U.S. Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA); Transport Canada; U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA); the Texas Railroad Commission, and State LP Gas Agencies; and assisting clients with development of policies and procedures to achieve compliance with Control Room Management (CRM), Operator Qualification (OQ), damage prevention requirements and the Alternative MAOP Rule. She assists clients with internal environmental and regulatory audits and contractor disputes. Her experience also includes drafting comments to proposed rules impacting the industry.
Ms. Wright has defended energy clients in litigation resulting from rupture, leak, fire and explosion in state and federal courts in California, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Wisconsin.
