Marc is an associate in Lieff Cabraser's San Francisco office.
Marc received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 2009. While studying at Boalt Hall, Marc was a Supervising Editor of the California Law Review and an Executive Editor of the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law. Marc also worked as a teaching assistant for Professor Goodwin Liu and a graduate student researcher for Professor Gillian Lester. Marc competed as a part of the ABA Appellate Advocacy Team and won a first-year Moot Court Oral Advocacy Award.
Marc served as a student representative on Boalt Hall's Teaching and Curriculum Committee and as a graduate student representative on the University of California System-wide Committee on Preparatory Education. Marc was co-chair and treasurer of the Pilipino American Law Society, an instructor for the Juvenile Hall Outreach Program, and a volunteer at the Legal Aid Society-Employment Law Center's Workers' Rights Clinic.
Prior to his time at Boalt Hall, Marc graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, with his Master of Education, and spent two years teaching elementary school in Los Angeles.
After graduation from law school, Marc worked for two years as a law clerk to the Honorable Claudia Wilken of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
