Randall graduated cum laude with a BS in International Business from UVU. He completed his JD in 2009 from New England School of Law. While at New England he was a member of the tax clinic and clerked for a Tax Commissioner for the State of Massachusetts. He then passed the New York Bar Exam and went on to complete an LLM in taxation at The University of Washington.
Randall plans to be sworn in, and accepted to the New York Bar Association this fall and will take the Utah Bar Exam in February of 2012.
Randall has clerked for the in house counsel team at Xango LLC. He has also clerked for an estate planning firm in Topsfield, Massachusetts. Once licensed in the state of Utah he looks forward to building a practice in business, estate and tax planning.
Randall and his wife have been married for 10 years. They have one daughter and enjoy spending time together. Randall is an avid sports fan.
