My experience in family law, estate planning and small business law includes both a large downtown law firm and a small metro area law firm.  As an owner and attorney at Martin & Wagner, P.A., I strive to give the best possible representation to my clients without all the unnecessary billing entries. I try to keep fees to a minimum by limiting charges for photocopying, faxes, brief telephone calls and most postage. I feel that your hard earned money is better spent on actual case work versus counting copies and faxes.
